3-Step NRB Property Sale

Step 1: Share Property Information

Provide detailed property information. Our representative will visit the property, and after assessment, we will offer a price based on its condition and market value. If agreed, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) will be signed, initiating the sale process.

Step 2: Buyer Selection & Documentation

Once a buyer is found, provide the necessary property documents for verification. Upon verification, S Property will secure a confirmation check or pay order on your behalf.

Step 3: Cash Realization, Registration & Handover

After receiving payment from the buyer, you will come to Bangladesh to finalize the sale and register the property in the buyer’s name. S Property supports you throughout this process.
